Driving economic growth and infrastructure development across West Nile.
Driving economic growth and infrastructure development across all 12 districts of West Nile through coordinated regional planning and advocacy.
WENDA works to promote sustainable development across West Nile through infrastructure advocacy, economic initiatives, and capacity building programs. We coordinate with local governments and development partners to ensure inclusive growth that benefits all communities.
We advocate for improved regional infrastructure including roads, electricity, water systems, and digital connectivity. Our infrastructure initiatives focus on connecting remote communities to markets and services, reducing isolation, and enabling economic opportunities.
WENDA promotes economic growth through support for agriculture, trade, and private sector development. We work to improve market access for local producers, facilitate business linkages, and create employment opportunities for youth and women.
We advocate for improved health facilities and services across the region. This includes supporting the construction and equipping of health centers, promoting access to clean water and sanitation, and addressing health service delivery gaps in refugee-hosting areas.
Our education initiatives focus on improving access to quality education and vocational training. We support school infrastructure development, teacher training programs, and skills development for youth to enhance employability.
